Dr. Thomassen favors the deep plane and the high SMAS flap procedure due to natural results and longevity of results. Other options can be considered including the MACS (suture-suspension), lateral cheek lift, or more localized neck lifts only. Dr. Thomassen will discuss with you the appropriate procedure based on you physical exam and desires.
