Procedures are typically performed with other body contouring procedures. Afterwards, patients are placed in steri strip or Tegaderm dressings and a compression dressing to allow swelling to resolve. This process takes 2 weeks. Afterwards, the tapes are removed and the incisions should be healed. At this point, patient can start scar care with a silicone gel cream and massage daily. Final results are seen in 3-4 weeks.
